You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.
Our Service is provided on a subscription basis with setup fees and monthly recurring charges. All fees are stated in the pricing section of our website and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Payments are due in advance for monthly subscriptions. Setup fees are charged one-time upon service activation.
Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscription fees may be refunded on a prorated basis if service is terminated within the first 7 days of the billing cycle. Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EasyLeadBot, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account data within 30 days of termination, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations.
